Repeated intro
Hello everyone,
What changed
- Gameplay
- Maps
- Balance
- UI and audio
development on Broken Crown continues, and today’s update introduces several improvements focused on gameplay depth, progression, and accessibility.
This update strengthens the defensive side of the game, expands the research system, and makes the demo available to even more players around the world.
New Defensive Tower
A new defensive structure has been added: the Arrow Tower.
This building can automatically attack nearby enemies by firing arrows, giving players a new way to defend their base, protect workers, and secure important areas of the map.
The Arrow Tower adds more strategic options during both campaign and skirmish matches, especially when defending against enemy pressure or preparing for larger battles.
New Research Upgrade
A new technology has been added to the research system, allowing players to increase unit recruitment speed.
This upgrade improves army production and gives players another meaningful strategic choice: invest in technology to strengthen long-term military output, or focus immediately on economy and unit production.
It is a simple but important addition that helps make progression more impactful during each match.
Expanded Language Support
The demo now supports additional languages.
Broken Crown is currently available in:
English
Italian
French
German
Spanish
Simplified Chinese
This is an important step toward making the game more accessible to a wider community of RTS players.
Additional Improvements
This update also includes general fixes and refinements across gameplay systems, UI, buildings, workers, and overall match stability.
As always, the goal is to keep improving the demo through feedback, testing, and continuous iteration.
Thank you for following the development of Broken Crown.
More updates are coming soon.
