addedFixes for a few reported issues, some card updates, and implementation of the new rail-gun card art. Changelog:

Modified the effect of Slag round to draw a support card on play, and give the player +3/+5 mass on equipment destruction. The previous effect of making the next card played cost 0 mass was not synergizing well with Mass Driver, and other cards that cared about mass spending/playing support cards
