Repeated intro

Hello everyone and sorry for taking so long to update you, I know it's been a long time since I've made a post regarding the game and the status of the latest updates so I'm making this announcement to fill you in on what's been happening.

addedThe first issue I would like to discuss is the delays in development and projected updates. Due to unforeseen events that have taken place over the last couple of months development has come to a temporary hold. I know a lot of you were looking forward to the updates such as melee weapons new UI and Bug fixes for multiplayer parties and fine-tuning the gameplay mechanics however at this time I cannot continue development at the pace I've started the project with. This does not mean the game is cancelled or the development has stopped forever. What it does mean is that until I am able to take care of some pressing issues in my personal life I will not be able to provide updates and move the game forward at this time. I know this is very disappointing to a lot of you in the community, we started this project with great momentum and a strong base community and I hope that we can build on that in the future. Now with all that said I will not be able to give you a concrete timeline as to when development will be able to resume due to the current situation we are all going through globally. I'm hoping to be able to return to development within 3 to 6 months.
changedNext, I would like to discuss the plans I have for the game moving forward. I will be rolling the game back to an earlier build, I have not decided on which build version I'll be rolling back to you at this time. I'm rolling a game back to an earlier version so that players have a more optimized version of the game to enjoy while development is on hold. There will be an announcement posted once the game has been rolled back to the appropriate version.
changedI'm also considering switching the game over to free to play during the early access stage development. The game will remain free to play until it is ready for full release. Making the game free to play is my way of trying to give back to those who supported the development by purchasing the game, streaming the game on Twitch, participating in the community, and providing important feedback. My Hope Is that you'll be able to share all the progress we have made on the game so far with your friends and show them the game that you helped to build.
addedNow because the game will be (possibly) going free-to-play this does not mean I will be adding in any microtransactions during the Early Access development. I will not rule out the possibility of microtransactions in the full release version once development is completed.
changedI'd like to thank everyone for all of their effort on the project and for taking the time play my game and give it a chance. I will continue to work hard and develop the game so I can give you an awesome zombie slaying experience once I am able too. I really wish I had the ability to see these unfortunate events coming but I did not so I will continue planning for the future and the completion of blood horde, it just won't be in the timeline that I had projected originally.

I'd like to get feedback from the community on the decision to make the game free to play before making a final decision. Ultimately I will be making the final decision but it is important hear from people who have invested time and money into the game.

Thank you for understanding and I hope you all stay safe,
