Blood Reaver changes
First Monthly Update!
This update is the start of our monthly content additions. Keep an eye out for more moving forward!
Featured in this update is our new Ultimate Ability: The Oculus. Available through the nest, the Oculus is an ethereal weapon which balances destructive power with support utility. Its primary attack focuses ethereal energy into a precise beam that can damage enemies and heal allies. Its secondary attack releases a wide blast of energy, killing demons instantly and reviving downed allies.
Alongside the Oculus, we're bringing in a new way to acquire Fates: the Nameless Shrine. The Nameless Shrine will let you test your luck by pulling a random card from the Deck of Fates. The pool includes every Fate currently in the game, which means you'll be able to score cards you could previously only acquire from the Random Fate blessing.
We've also got a new Re-Infusion effect, Penetration +, which lets your shots punch through even more demons, and should help you thin down the horde more effectively. For AOE weapons, Penetration + will instead increase the radius of the splash damage.
Together with the new content, we've also got game improvements, balance changes and bugfixes (detailed in the full patch notes below).
Lastly, there might be something new to discover on the map... Be sure to keep an eye out! 👀
