changedBlockscape has real slope based materials now. This means that the cover material tool has been updated and works a bit different. Instead of covering any up-facing suface completely with the selected material it will now cover the surface based on the underlying material properties. This works with distant terrain as well as can been seen in this image. The snow covers the mountain based on the underlying rock material slope.
addedAdded a new "sheet" block type. It is used to create an infinitely thin dual sided sheet of the selected material. Like plants and leaves it is also affected by the wind. The new block type is usefull when building things like flags, sailcloth and hang glider wings.
addedAdded more distinct shadows to foliage lighting and lots of small updates to clouds.
changedSpent some time optimizing rendering in areas with dense foliage and foliage is also affected by player movement now.
