Fixed issue where player energy pool wouldn't start fully charged when using ENBAT upgrades.
Secondary/Tertiary objectives clearly marked "OPTIONAL" in HUD objective window.
Fixed 'NudgeOutOfSolid' error on debris thrown from misc_building.
Fixed default hud color label text in menu.
Fixed default player colors.
Fixed null-targeting issue with misc_buildings when destroyed.
