Battle Tracks changes
Fix a bug with Crowd Control that caused Halloween Mode to be infinite
Play Random Sound Crowd Control effect now works for everyone, if your settings are set that way
Fix Roguelite bug where the game would freeze when going into an oasis
Should no longer be in first person when you're dead
Added a sleeping forgiveness to enemies, so they won't instantly wake up the frame they see you
Fix some misc freezing issues
Invisible tanks now also turn on their lights, it's hard to see when you're invisible
Fix an issue causing Raining Props to almost always do raining fish
Reduced Vorus' frenzy time from 9s to 6s
Reduced rock health from 8 to 6
Possibly fix an issue where normal tanks would occasionally go through walls
Fix the "Just win" banner showing up at incorrect times
Reduced the Crowd Control effect "All Enemies Make Smoke" default duration from 60s to 15s
Fixed an issue with the Crowd Control effect "All Enemies Make Smoke" where after it ended, enemies would still make smoke
Fix an issue where Crowd Control ice physics was no longer working
Fixed a layering issue where you couldn't see the objectives in the Overworld if the Crowd Control overlay was on
Changed some header text from "New Biome" to "New World"
