First of all, thank you to everyone who has tried the demo so far. A special thanks goes to those who took the time to send feedback, suggestions, and bug reports. Many of your suggestions have already been implemented in both the game and the demo, and they continue to help shape development.
I'm doing my best to keep the demo as up to date as possible while development of the full game continues. Progress on the main game is going well, and some of that progress can already be seen in the new trailer released a few days ago.

Below are the notes for this patch. I'll be working on another update soon with additional quality-of-life improvements and maybe even a small surprise.
Gameplay & Interaction
Improved flint collider and flint hand pose
Improved plank physics
Increased plank size slightly
Knife grip can now be swapped by pressing the trigger button while equipped
Increased chance of pistol ammunition magazines dropping from broken vases
Reduced emergency flare strike speed threshold
Reduced emergency flare strike distance threshold
Chest lids are now grabbable
Added throwable environmental barrels
Added an assisted ledge climbing / easy vaulting system
Fixed a rare issue that could cause mission objectives to de-sync
Various bug fixes and gameplay adjustments
Visuals & Environment
Improved visibility of climbable rocks
Improved heat wave visual effects
Replaced journal models
Replaced sticky bomb model
Updated breakable weak wall (C2) material
Updated player H-Watch model and face
Adjusted colliders on moss piles within the Spider Boss lair
Safe Room Improvements
Reduced saferoom handle angle threshold for easier door opening
Saferoom door handles now rotate downward only
Options & Controls
Added an option to toggle crouching via right analog stick click
Fixed Smooth Turning settings not saving/loading correctly
Fixed Standing/Seated mode settings not saving/loading correctly
Fixed Snap Turn and Smooth Turn UI values not updating correctly
Fixed Main Menu SFX slider UI not updating correctly
Fixed Apply button hover highlighting in the Options menu
UI & Tutorials
Updated watch face UI
Added a battery recharge indicator icon for the watch
Added "Demo Only" text to the onboarding pop-up
