Ascendants Rising changes
Our ambition with Early Access is to develop the game with direct feedback from a community of players. This will come in several phases with a large number of small updates and patches.
Phase 1: Ability Testing (Closed Beta)
Phase 1 is a pre-release Closed Beta that will last 10 days. Players will gain access via invitation or by giveaways on our Discord server: https://discord.gg/2uNp4th
Our Testing Goals for this first phase are:
The Character Creation
This will give a small sample of how the character creation will work in the game. Over the course of our game’s development, we will add more options.
The Player Ability System
At the core of the game is how players build and customize their playstyle. In this first phase, we have unlocked all the Spells and Artefacts.
We want to see what players can do with the system and how it can be improved. Pressing the “Play” button will grant access to a training room where you will find enemies to test different builds and setups against.

Our goal is to have direct interaction with the feedback you provide us; to that effect, we will be using the Steam forum. https://steamcommunity.com/app/1181780/discussions/0/
We will try to participate in feedback discussions that arise there regularly. Bugs can be reported in the “Bug Report” subforum.
Phase 2!
Phase two will start after the Closed Beta ends and will be the Early Access release. We will provide more information as we get closer to the date.
