Arrowman changes
Hi everyone! Recently, I've had new people try Arrowman which resulted in new feedback! I am very happy with how the game was received, but I also wanted to address the issues I've noticed while watching people play. Therefore, this new version of the demo addresses many quality of life improvements as well as tweaks to have the overall experience of the demo be closer to the real version of the game.
Here are the changes for the 1.1.0. version of the demo:
· When pressing the continue button while in dialogue, it will first show the whole dialogue instead of skipping it.
· First double jump platform is easier now.
· Jumping takes you higher.
· Keybinding options have is more exhaustive.
· Logo in main menu updated.
· Camera movement is smoother.
· Camera zooms out when reaching certain areas.
· Camera movement follows the mouse position.
· Added notifications for opening bows menu and mask menu.
· Fixed bug when the button for using mask would not show up near the first guardian.
· Timed jumping challenge made easier.
· Added health bars to damaged enemies.
· Added waypoints to levels to show you which way to go.
· Aim position is reverted to default while using gamepad and not moving the right stick.
· While in dialogue, gameplay UI will be hidden.
· Lever visuals changed to bring more attention to it.
· Floating arrow dispansers no longer stop arrows.
· Minor level tweaks to make it easier and/or more enjoyable to move through levels.
