Cave Crawlers, here is the first post release patch, we're still investigating on some issues that need time to solve, but here are fixes and first additions :
BugFixes :
The player will no longer spawn as a creature in the in-game menu
We fixed a problem where players were unable to unpossess creatures after saving under creature and then loading back
We added the Haptic turn on/off feature
Subtitles will no longer be hovered by HUD indicators (such as sprint/dash)
We balanced the in game voice acting as it was too weak, it now be a lot more audible
We fixed the damage sound taken when hit by light with Axolotl & Rodent, causing them to repeat every frame causing a very loudy weird noise
Known Issues :
Sadly, on some cases, player may still encounter deathchains, we're working on it and reducing their numbers
A weird camera rotation can be applied if you're saving in animal form and then coming back (to solve, until we fix it, you can unpossess the creature / repossessing a new one)
Some voices and subtitles may be not correctly synchronized
The demo will be updated with a new available area replacing the previous one, more restricted, but more passable for players.
The team is still working on other issues in the meantime, just for you to know, we'll deploy a new patch every two weeks, one minor (like this one) and one major, at the beginning of each months. Thank you for your patience!🙏
