Repeated intro
Hey guys! 👋
What changed
- Gameplay
- Events
- Balance
The Demo of Approximately Up is coming to an end, and in just few days we’ve grown from a couple of people to almost 2000 members on our Discord! I would like to thank and appreciate every single one of you for joining and trying my game. Together we’ve flown billions of kilometers, collected hundreds of packages, and destroyed thousands of ships along the way, lol.
With that said, I would like to invite you all to join us for one last challenge during this Demo!
🌍 A new planet will be added!
We are launching a contest for all of you. Your goal is to build a spaceship on Moonstep that does not contain any FRAME or WINDOW blocks. Once you enter fly mode, the timeboard will start counting your time. Your goal is to reach the new planet as fast as possible.
Rules:
The spaceship cannot contain any Frame or Window blocks
You cannot use time-rewind during your journey
All crew members must be alive when you land
After landing, you must stay on the landing pad for 10 seconds until the timeboard shows green text. Then create a new topic in the #NoFrameChallenge channel and post a screenshot of your spaceship with the timeboard visible.
Everyone can create only one topic. If you manage to complete the challenge multiple times and achieve a better result, update your existing topic with a new screenshot instead of creating a second one. We will count your best time.
There are two prizes:
All members of the crew that achieves the fastest time will receive free keys for the full version once it releases. To qualify for the fastest-time category, you must also submit a video of the entire flight. You can upload it using Discord, YouTube, Medal, or any other platform, as long as the full run is visible.
From all other participating crews, one crew will be randomly selected to receive free keys as well, so everyone still has a chance!
Have fun! That’s the main purpose of this game.
Lukas
