Here's Hotfix 4! Giving some missed features from Patch 14, and also from the the community discussion, including a Difficulty Overhaul, Earnings Overhaul, Estimated Earnings, and More! Full changelog below:
Difficulty Changes
There's now an extra 3 difficulty's added per 'custom standard operation' (4 total) - Difficulty only changes the amount of zombie spawns. not health, pickups, items, etc. - The default difficulty before this patch (lowest) is now a little more challenging
Earnings Changes
The map selection screen now shows the minimum amount you'll earn if successful - The time of your run (eg, night) now influences the amount of cash earned - The difficulty of your run influences the amount of cash earned
Earnings Estimates
Day Run (Mild Risk) = between $200 and $300 - Night Run (Mild Risk) = between $250 and $450
Day Run (Moderate Risk) = between $270 and $370 - Night Run (Moderate Risk) = between $350 and $550
Day Run (Very High Risk) = between $340 and $440 - Night Run (Very High Risk) = between $450 and $650
Day Run (Impossible) = between $410 and $510 - Night Run (Impossible) = between $550 and $750
