3D Main Menu

Experimental-2 focuses on introducing a refreshed Main Menu with a better layout and a unique, interactive style. Play levels through the TVCR, view the Credits on the chalkboard, or view your achievements on display!

The Settings menu gets expanded into its own closet too!

Math Level

The Math Level ending has been re-arranged again to better fit how it went in the old version. This means the 21st Notebook will now spawn in the Exam Hall like in previous versions.

Angelica will now also give chase like in the old version, except she retains her movement pattern with a slight difference to keep things interesting (note that she doesn’t do this on easier difficulties).

Furthermore, Math Notebook is ever-so slightly faster, and Boi, Default, and Hard Mode problem difficulties were generally nerfed.

Language Level

The Language Level has received a couple adjustments in the back-end to make gameplay more interesting in the future. The layout will be fully-finished in the next Experimental.

Science Level

The Science Level’s very own Emma gets a rebalance to her current move set, making her standout from Angelica. She will now step towards you twice (four times on Pure Hell) in quick succession. Her cooldown is slower though, giving you time to anticipate.

The Poison Bottle has gotten a visual improvement, as it now is actually thrown out on use. It has a (small) splash area, so the hit doesn’t need to be directly on Emma to register her getting poisoned.

The Science Notebook code has also been cleaned up, allowing for further changes in the near future.

NOTE: Science might be a bit broken in this Version

Music Level

Like with Emma, Sophie has gotten a mechanical overhaul to set her apart from Lucas. Now, she will accelerate for as long as the Player isn’t looking at her, making situations a lot more intense.

Looking at her quickly decreases her acceleration, and entering notebooks will pause it, though she will still be on the hunt for you!

Alongside this, the Music Notebook also got a code overhaul, making it much more efficient, as well as easier to work with in future updates if any additional features were to be added.

New Item

  • Calming Tea - A new item that restores both Thirst and Sanity in one sip.

Bugfixes & Changes

  • Water Fountain now gives more Thirst when used, though it depends on how thirsty you are.

    • Nerfed stamina given by 25 units.

  • Fixed some oversights where Angelica getting stopped would let her increment her chicken count again if she was already going to her eating spot.

  • Fixed Angelica sometimes not stopping when being held by the Principal or talking.

  • Fixed Angelica being able to still kill you while yapping.

  • Fixed Lucas having incorrect voice lines when being given food.

  • Fixed Player not being able to give Angelica chicken sometimes.

  • Extended Jimmy’s closet in the Math Level.

  • Fixed Jimmy’s fight bar not pausing in the pause menu.

  • Fixed a bunch of oversights and issues with Girly.

  • Fixed player speed boosts not automatically clearing once time runs out.

  • Fixed being able to stack speed boosts.

  • Fixed a potential glitch with dodging kill from Kittie.

  • Fixed Dolly being able to kill you from far away.

  • Fixed Math glitched text clipping out of the problem box.
