Most feathered citizens know him as the owner and founder of the luxurious casino resort, The Monte Quacko. But who IS The Big Quack? Is that even his REAL name? Your intrepid reporters at The Daily Quack are here to find out!
We start at the beginning of The Big Quack’s life. Born into poverty on a rural farm somewhere in Oklahoma, he wasn’t born into his success. Mr. Reginald Big Quack the Third and Mrs. Ethel Big Quack had attempted to start an ice farm on their own. Without understanding where ice came from, their family quickly fell into financial hardship.
Yes, our very own The Big Quack pulled himself up by his boot straps and made something of himself, after his family hit a large oil well while attempting to prospect for ice. While the family still didn’t have any idea where ice came from, it quickly didn’t matter as they were now oil rich.
The Big Quack, after enjoying a lavish lifestyle for the rest of his childhood, received a small loan of a million dollars from his father to open an ice factory. Reginald Big Quack the Third, eager to still invest in an ice business, gave this loan without a second thought, but The Big Quack had other ideas.
Why make ice when you could ‘find’ it in other places? The Big Quack opened a couple ‘import/export’ businesses that proved to be a quacktastic investment. The Daily Quack sent an investigative reporter to see what was going on at a few of these businesses, but they were last seen being taken to a cement factory by some strong looking ducks. Honestly, you’d think they’d give a 60 day notice before switching careers like that.
After a few years of success The Big Quack decided that when someone has a lot of money, the best thing to do is either to open a bank or a casino, and The Monte Quacko was born. While he keeps to himself these days, he can still be seen up in his golden office above the main casino floor. This reporter cautions readers from waving at him, results can be… Unexpected.
