New Features & Enhancements

  • Save/Load Window Performance Improvement - Improved performance when displaying large numbers of save files, with smoother scrolling and faster load times for users with many saves.

Bug Fixes

  • Load Menu Portrait Navigation Bug Fixed - Cursor could not move between character portraits in the Load Game menu, preventing selection or loading of save files for some characters.

  • Story Progression Blocked After Giant Frog Battle - After defeating the Giant Frog in Clouded Marshlands, the game would loop the sequence repeatedly.

  • Toxic Shores - Central Camp Infinite Loading Screen - Visiting the camp in Toxic Shores - Central would lead to a black loading screen and a soft-lock.

  • Legacy Save Compatibility for Gilberry Story Paths - Some early access saves were unable to progress in the story.

  • Clouded Marshlands: Magical Imp Battle Trigger - Magical Imp in Clouded Marshlands would not trigger battle immediately upon player proximity, causing erratic movement and delayed battle initiation.

  • Clouded Marshlands Camp Cutscene - Duplicate party members and incorrect Atlas behavior appearing during the Clouded Marshlands – Camp cutscene when playing as Sage.

  • Battle Triggers with Slime Enemies in Clouded Marshlands – Southeast - Slime enemies in Clouded Marshlands – Southeast do not trigger a battle (removed Slimes for now).

  • Map Transition Improvements in Clouded Marshlands - The map transition between Clouded Marshlands - East and Clouded Marshlands - East 2 had an inconsistent fade animation

  • Clouded Marshlands Entry Soft-lock - Entering Clouded Marshlands – Southwest from Toxic Shores – East 2 as the Sage character for the first time and selecting the “This sounds like a great VINE… (yawn)” would cause a game soft-lock.

  • Resolved Soft-lock in Clouded Marshlands Transition - Entering Clouded Marshlands – West from Clouded Marshlands – Northwest with Pyra would cause a strange softlock with Pyra repeatedly attacking the air.

  • Duplicate Atlas Character in Camp Scene - Resolved an issue where two Atlas characters could appear simultaneously in the Clouded Marshlands – Camp scene.

  • Buried Temple Visual Palette Consistency - After visiting Buried Temple B2 – North, visual world would appear “shifted” to the wrong colors.

  • Map Transition and Collision FixGilberry to Toxic Shores - Fixed issues where the boulders in the shift cave wouldn’t properly block the player (or show properly).
  • Shift Node Animation Consistency - The transition effect for the Notimmus → Summiton shift node wouldn’t work properly and caused the wrong coloring and shift directions.

  • Fishing Spot Item Message Display Fixed - Interacting with the fishing spot at Endless Dunes – Oasis displays an incorrect message "You received 3 ." with an empty item name before the fishing menu opens (removed the items - was only meant for testing).

  • Typo Correction in Dialogue - Corrected a typo in Atlas’s dialogue at Barren Valley – Summiton Bridge where it said "Just Kiddling"

  • Atlas and Hermit Visibility After Fishing (Pyra) - Supporting characters Atlas and Hermit were not visible after exiting the fishing spot with Pyra in Barren Valley - West and Lowerton Village.

  • Typo Correction - Corrected a typo where "what" was displayed instead of "why" in dialog.

  • Typo Correction - Corrected a typo where "might" was displayed instead of "mighty".

  • Typo Correction - Corrected an "are are" typo in dialog.

  • Typo Correction - Corrected a typo where "wont" was displayed instead of "won't" in dialog.

  • Typo Correction - Corrected a typo where "shouldin't" was displayed instead of "shouldn't".

  • User Reported Bug Fixes - Black screen and game freeze when returning to the Temple Boss area after reuniting the three main characters.

    Fixed

    Hermit incorrectly reappearing and joining the party after reuniting the main characters, causing party composition issues.

    Fixed

    Tchii character and her cat in Gilberry port house not responding to player interaction.
