Gameplay Changes

  • The battleship boss on Pelaris has been extensively updated.

  • The battleship bosses on Galletania and Velora have some minor updates due to shared assets with the Pelaris boss. Both of these bosses will be upgraded as well in a later update.

  • Hit Points on all Reactor Bosses raised from 800 to 1200. This prevents the boss from being destroyed by a single bomb detonation.

  • Turret enemies added to the Aurelia mission.

Environment Changes

  • Colony settlement assets added to Aurelia.

  • Pelaris time of day changed from afternoon to night and the weather changed from calm to stormy.

Audio Changes

  • Music changed in the three battleship boss fights.

Bug Fixes

  • Reactor Bosses no longer shoot at the player through walls on the approach into them.

  • The player can no longer clip into the stern of the Alastrius battleship at the end of the Acclora Nebula Mission.

  • Fix for the plant monsters on Aurelia where the player could fly through the blocked gateway.

  • On the Mission Complete Screen the score readout no longer has rows that would play a fade out animation.

  • Marauder enemies now disable all laser fire when their reactors are destroyed.

  • In the Training Simulator the text on screen regarding Firing Weapons and Precision Aiming now dynamically reacts to whether the player is using Keyboard & Mouse controls or the Gamepad. If Keyboard & Mouse controls are being used the Precision Aiming segment will disappear. The Voice Over audio is unaffected.

Background Systems Changes

  • Tracking logic for tally based Achievements refined.

Performance Optimization

  • Whenever a destructible mesh is set to be invincible it will not generate overlap events. This mainly relates to various weak points in the latter stages of boss fights.

Demo

  • Updated to Version 1.0.15 as well.
