Small bug fix update

Just a quick update to fix a couple of lingering bugs.

Apologies for the hiatus! I had to move house over Christmas which was a nightmare! There are multiple larger updates nearing completion and proper updates should start rolling back out soon!

• Fixed a bug that caused career task validation to not update until you restart the game

• Fixed a bug that allowed the show/hide x-ray screen button to stay visible during the BSOD event

• Hopeful fix that should prevent some suitcases to refuse to open and be sent to the recovery area.

  (additional debug added to diagnose this if it persists: ctrl+shift+click a case will show a "debug" option, which will log the state of the items in the case if there's an issue (console view numpad enter))
