Acts of Blood changes
Here are some adjustments we've made for the latest demo build:
Improvements:
Improved overall gun mechanics.
Separated gun ammo amount and durability bar. Guns won't disappear when ammo reaches zero.
Improved enemy projectile hit reactions & damage points, making them more accurate based on body parts.
Improved overall camera system, making it more dynamic.
Improved overall combat system. Players no longer stick to enemies like a magnet when attacking; they must manually move and direct attacks at specific targets, making combat more dynamic & fluid. Various minor improvements.
Improved enemy AI combat behavior. More aggressive & increased difficulty.
Improved HUD UI.
Improved overall lighting & post-processing FX.
Improved overall sound FX volume balance.
Improved footstep sound FX.
Changes & Fixes:
Fixed buttons sometimes not reacting when pressed.
Fixed music sometimes not playing in combat mode.
Fixed some floors not making a sound.
Fixed projectiles floating when firing a gun.
Fixed animations playing on their own without enemy reactions.
Fixed inconsistent enemy counter targeting.
Fixed enemy dead bodies blocking other enemy AI navigation.
Fixed some invisible wall collision exploits (still under review).
Changed dodge animation to be more grounded & realistic in combat.
New Additions:
Added new finisher moves.
Added new counter moves.
