Hi all.

I'm been working on the next mission: Containing a security breach in a facility 30 km underwater.

I'm not 100% sure when it'll be finished, but I'm getting things done bit by bit.

Now, I wanted to make this announcement because I also made an update today to clean up some rough edges before the summer sale and the time between current and the next mission. These include: Mission summary screens that show what you unlocked after a successful mission.

Added:

Compound Bow: Sona can use spare blessing points to conjure debuff arrows.

There's three types so far:

Flame, stage 1: Enemy catches on fire dealing small damage over time over many turns

Flame, stage 2: Enemy becomes scorched, reducing enemy damage by 30% (Base)

Frost, stage 1: Enemy becomes frostbitten, cutting all enemy attacks by half.

Frost, stage 2: Enemy becomes glacialized, stunning it for 3 turns and when attacked while frozen, the attack deals 2x damage (base) and removes the frost debuff after.

Stun, stage 1: Enemy becomes stunned, and every turn, it has a 50% chance (Base) to be stunned for 2 turns.

Stun, stage 2: Enemy becomes paralyzed, and every turn, it has a 100% chance (Base) to be stunned for 2 turns.

The stun debuff is not consumed when the enemy is already stunned.

Booster Stims: Instead of hurting the user, it heals for 7.5% max HP

Damage boost: 1.5x -> 2x

Heal boost: 1.5x -> 2x

Damage reduction boost: 1.5x -> 2x

Crit chance bonus: Unchanged

I wanted to add more mechanics that jump off the base mechanics and introducing more flexibility for both the characters, while also still making the two characters interdependent on each other.

New Accessories:

Stronger Booster Stims: 2x booster stim heal

Higher Grade Arrows: + 25% debuff effectiveness, +25% initial arrow damage

Elemental Quiver: -33% blessing cost for debuff

New Stat Upgrades:

Explosive Power+: Increases grenade damage by 5%

Longer Invulnerability: Increases blessing and other invulnerability abilities lifetimes by 1 turn.

Stronger Incendiaries: Increases total damage over time from incendiaries by 50 damage

Stronger Debuffs: Increases overall debuff effectiveness by 1%.

Major balancing across accessories, stat upgrades, economy + progression, etc

Adjusted tutorial, mission 1 enemy attacks, animations, balancing, and bug fixes:

  1. Fixed grenades going off inconsistently.

  2. Fixed gravity not applying to the controllable user during combat rolls resulting in the user sometimes getting stuck to the ceiling.

  3. Fixed the individual keybind reset buttons not saving your default keybind

  4. Improved the marketplace menu a bit more

  5. Many accessories have received status notifications to make it easier to keep track of what they do.

  6. Improved the map layout and looks a bit more (Main Menu + Mission)

  7. Updated character icon renders

  8. Added a toggle to toggle hair/cloth physics to help PCs with weaker CPUs + performance improvements overall

  9. Adjusted dialogue slightly

  10. Fixed wrong or outdated accessory descriptions

I'll add more here if I forgot to include it.

Thanks!
