First of all, Happy New Year! 🧧✨ We want to thank you for all the support, patience, and love you’ve given us. Your messages and enthusiasm mean the world to us — and we’re working hard to make Yokai Art 2 the best it can be.

We’re happy to officially confirm that Yokai Art 2 is planned to release in late January 2026, with our target release date being around January 25th, 2026. (Updated)

This extra development time is helping us polish the game and complete a major new feature that we’re excited to share…

🏠 New Feature: Room Management System

We’re adding a brand-new system that expands your gameplay experience: Room Management!

✅ Collect Furniture

Throughout the game, you’ll be able to collect furniture items. You can also rotate and scale them to build up your own personalized room.

✅ Place Yokai Girls & Interact

You can place Yokai girls inside the room and interact with them. Spending time with them will increase affinity levels, unlocking deeper interactions and progression benefits.

✅ Collect Special Relics & Unlock New Functions

You’ll also be able to discover special relics and place them in the room to unlock new features, including:

🍳 Cooking 🧪 Buff medicine crafting …and more room-based mechanics we’ll reveal soon!

🐉 New Year Event at Launch!

To celebrate the release, the game will include a New Year Event!

During the event, you’ll be able to unlock two special units:

🎊 Dragon Dance Unit
