Tournament stages

Stage 1: 128 to 32

Time: May 8, 19:00-22:00 ; May 9, 19:00-22:00

128 participants will be divided into 16 groups of 8 players each. All players must complete 3 matches within their group during the designated time. The top 2 players with the highest points in each group will advance to the top 32.

Scoring Rule: 8th to 3rd place will earn 1 to 6 points respectively, 2nd place earns 8 points, and 1st place earns 10 points. Players eliminated in the same round will receive the average score. For example, if 2nd and 3rd place are eliminated in the same round, both will receive (6+8)/2 = 7 points.

If players have the same score, the player with the better highest ranking will advance. If the highest rankings are the same, the player with the better next highest ranking will advance.

If still tied, the player with a better advancement score from the previous round or a better Dream Cup result (only for the first round) will advance. The scoring rule remains unchanged hereafter and will not be repeated.

Stage 2: 32 to 16

Time: May 10, starting at 19:00 (UTC+8)

32 participants will be divided into 4 groups of 8 players each. All players must complete 3 matches within their group during the designated time. The top 4 players with the highest points in each group will advance to the top 16.

Stage 3: 16 to 8

Time: May 16, starting at 19:00 (UTC+8)

16 participants will be divided into 2 groups of 8 players each. All players must complete 3 matches within their group during the designated time. The top 4 players with the highest points in each group will advance to the finals.

Stage 4: Finals

Time: May 17, starting at 19:00 (UTC+8)

The finals will use a "Crown Victory" system (up to 5 matches). Players unlock the chance to win the championship after accumulating 18 or more points. The first player to achieve 1st place in a match after unlocking this chance will be crowned champion. The remaining players will be ranked and rewarded based on their total points.

If no player meets the Crown Victory conditions after 5 matches, the finals will end, and the final rankings will be determined based on total points.

Ban Rule (Apply for stage 2/3/4):

At the end of a match, the 8th-place player and the 7th-place player can choose a character or 2 general dream cards to ban. This ban will only apply to the next match. After the next match ends, new bans for characters and general dream Cards can be selected.

Special Ban Rule for Finals: If a player gets top 4 using a certain character, that player cannot use that character again in the finals. If mutiple players eliminated in the same round, their rankings will be averaged to determine whether to ban the character.

III. Participation Instructions

If a player’s in-game name differs from the one used during registration, they must report the change to the tournament referee in advance. The organizers will verify whether it is the same player. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Account sharing or one person using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered, the player will be disqualified.

For players unable to participate or needing to adjust their time slots, the following rules apply:

  1. If a player cannot participate due to scheduling conflicts, they may apply to switch groups one day in advance. The switch requires mutual consent from both groups. If no agreement is reached, the player will be disqualified and replaced by Puppet-Hell.

  2. In case of emergencies within 2 hours before the match, players may request a 10-minute delay, subject to discussion and agreement by the group members and the referee.

  3. Players must check in 15 minutes before the match. If a player does not appear in the match room within 5 minutes after the match starts, they will be disqualified and replaced by Puppet-Hell.
