X300 changes
X300 is Heading to AVCon Adelaide!
We're excited to announce that X300 will be playable at AVCon Adelaide on July 4–5.
This will be the first opportunity for many players to experience our slow-burn psychological survival horror set in the Australian outback.
If you've been following development, wishlisting the game, or keeping an eye on our upcoming Kickstarter campaign, we'd love to meet you in person and hear what you think.
What You'll See at AVCon
The demo introduces players to the opening moments of X300:
A remote outback road at night.
A mysterious facility that shouldn't still exist.
The first signs that something is very wrong.
Survival-focused exploration and atmosphere.
A glimpse into the Cold War-inspired mystery at the heart of the game.
X300 is built around psychological tension, isolation, and the feeling that you're being observed long before you understand why.
Meet the Team
Members of Covyne Entertainment will be at the event throughout the weekend. Whether you're interested in horror games, Australian game development, or just want to chat about the project, come and say hello.
We're always looking for feedback and we'd love to hear your thoughts after playing.
Kickstarter Coming Soon
AVCon also marks the beginning of our push toward the X300 Kickstarter campaign.
The campaign will help us with funds to expand the prototype into a larger vertical slice and continue development of the game's unique blend of psychological horror, Cold War paranoia, and Australian outback survival.
If you enjoy the demo, telling a friend, wishlisting the game, and following the project are some of the biggest ways you can help.
Thank you for supporting independent game development and helping us bring X300 to life.
We'll see you at AVCon.
