Wound Man changes
How many of you recognize this image?
Well, in the next update, this image, the old temporary end screen, will be replaced with a huge chunk of new end-game content. All in all, I will be adding about 1 to 2 more hours of content. These additions include:
10 new cut scenes that flesh out Wound Man's story.
8 new end-game levels with unique new mechanics.
New animated creatures for your Cabinet's of Curiosity.
New artwork for your Title Screen.
Ungraded menus and artwork.
Branching dialogues with choices that matter.
Multiple endings.
A screenshot from one of the new cut scenes.
One of the new MASSIVE puzzles added to the end game sequence.
A unique new level where you need to perform surgery on WM
One of the new animated Curiosities for your Cabinet.
Roadmap:
Update 0.8.0 will be released in the next few weeks.
After this major update, I plan to issue a final update Early Access update (0.9) with new QOL (quality of life) features and finishing polish. So, hopefully Wound Man will exit Early Access within the second quarter of 2026.
Regarding the pricing of the game, I wanted to be transparent. As stated on the Steam page for Wound Man, the price of the game will increase when released from Early Access (hopefully within the second quarter of 2026). So, if you or someone you know is thinking about buying the game for the low Early Access price, now is the time.
