Hi! A free playtest is now available for WorldShaper Idle! To play this, just click the Request access button on the store page.
Feedback is very welcome in my Discord or in the Steam forums.
A few notes about this:
This playtest will use a separate save file from the demo. However, if you want to skip the early game, please check my Discord for a save file with some game progress
This playtest will be available for a limited time, probably one to a few months. After that you won't have access to it anymore, until the full version is released of course! I'm hoping there won't be too much time in between the end of the playtest and the release of the full game.
I'm mostly looking for feedback on balancing. So please share any builds that break the game or are unfun so I can fix those!
Other feedback (e.g. possible quality of life improvements) is also always welcome. I'm not looking for content suggestions
You can test all content that's currently in the full game. For the full game, I'm hoping to add one more buildable tile type to the Humans and one/two to the Elves, as well as a good number of towers/other tiles for the Elves. More content is always possible post-release too if the game does well.
