fixedWhile getting the game running with Unreal 4.22, which should bring some noticable performance-improvements, I thought it would be fun to look back over the year in Early Access, and sum up improvements made with Your awesome help and feedback. Thank You for your support! -Improved 12:9 to 32:9 monitor-support -Tweaked Menu-looks -Added unlocks and medals for missions -Added intro-screen (make sure you have Music on if you turned it off) -Improved Scavenge Mission in Arctic with a giant deserted oil-rig -Added scavenge missions on CrashSite and BeachCities -Added CAP missions on CrashSite and BeachCities -Enemy fighter drones fly much lower over mothership in the WeakPoints mission -Update to UE4.21 (please let me know if this causes any new issues) -Fix so joystick dont multi-trigger missiles -Random Time-of-Day on some missions -Dynamic DayNight Cycle (let me know if performance takes too much hit) -"HordeMode" changed to "Dawn To Dawn" mode -Bigger Mechs with individually aiming arms that are individually destructible -VISITORS completely revamped to a WeakPoints type mission -CameraShake when firing plane-guns -Corvettes spawn SeekerDrones -Carriers spawn FighterDrones -Improved missile-tracking -Improved ground-attack aircraft Engine-sound -Added allied plane-functionality -Added a new furball mission with dogfighting-only -Improved enemy AI flying -Added searchlights on the small drones -Missiles on ground-attack aircraft are lumbering high-damage -Missiles on the fighter-jet are agile medium-damage -Fire-rate on ground-attack aircraft corrected and sound tweaked -Fixed bug with menu sometimes not responding in VR -A rebalance- and tweak-pass on audio NEW FIGHTER JET ON CARRIER DECK -Faster -More nimble -4 heat-seeking missiles instead of 2 A-10 CHANGES TO BALANCE OUT NEW JET -More gun-damage -Less nimble & higher damage AGM-65 looks heatseeking missiles -Added VR HandControls support (as in reading their orientation) (Defaults to OFF, change under MISC settings) -Tweaked Plane and Helicopter physics -Fixed bug that left alien ships laying burning on ground for a long time -Added Set Defaults to all pages of Settings Menu -Probable fix for the buttons in the menu sometimes not responding -Fixed bug with frontwheel of plane not turning properly -New geometry for alien fighter and missile-cruiser (feedback welcome!) -Missile-cruiser crash explosion fixed -Fixed the crashing-trail of all alien vessels, it didnt look good on some Monitor-supprt: -Including Lens-correction to counter distortion along edges (If you study your other games you will notice how things get enlarged and distorted quite disproportionally along the edges of the screen). -Stronger LUT color-correction than in VR for a unique look&feel. -DepthOfField for stonger sense of depth and distance. -Dont forget to use ALT and Right-Stick to look around, and to toggle straight/nearest-enemy view with C/V. Tweaks: Improved character movement (more to do).
