addedAct from the map — every nation's panel now has an Action Deck: improve relations and plant spy networks instantly, or jump straight into trade talks, sanctions, the War Room, or a summit with that nation pre-targeted. Right-click anything — right-click a nation for quick actions at the cursor; right-click your own provinces to build, open the province card, or resolve a burning domestic problem on the spot.
changedMap polish — capital stars with zoom-aware labels, war markers on active fronts, pulsing flashpoint rings, and province-problem icons where trouble burns.
removedFix: starting a building project from the map no longer kicks you out of province mode — you stay on the province, zoom intact, with the project status showing immediately.
