v1.6.11 — Real Provinces, macOS Support & Fixes

🗺️ REAL PROVINCES & STATES — Every country now uses its actual administrative divisions: the 50 US states, Germany's 16 Länder, Japan's 47 prefectures, Algeria's 58 wilayas, and so on — no more generic placeholders. Each carries its real name, ISO 3166-2 code, and type.

🖥️ NOW ON macOS — World Order runs natively on Mac (Apple Silicon + Intel) with full Steam integration. Same game, all three platforms.
