Please join our discord for Feedback and questions : http://discord.gg/69naDNh We have been working extremely hard on bug fixes and performance for this update of WAR and are very proud of the optimization that has taken place. We would like to remind everyone that war is designed to be a Dedicated Server/Client game, although we never wanted to take away the ability for users to host their own server, from within the game, for ease of use. Current Benchmarks are ~60 FPS @ Dedicated Server/Client Instance ~40 FPS @ Hosting while playing (Server/Client as one) ~225+FPS @ Dedicated Server only Instance ( Big Improvement here from previously 70-90) - ADDED - BurqaBody and BurqaHead Clothing! - FIXED - Punching no longer requires you to aim with right mouse button - FIXED - Save system bug with saving new HDR pipeline assets and components - FIXED - Tree Prefabs Reduced for Performance - FIXED - Replaced GroundRuins Models - FIXED - Semtex Explosion Graphics - FIXED - Recycler Prefab Lighting Errors - FIXED - Floating Shitpile spawner in overlook Scraper - FIXED - Recycler Texture Errors - FIXED - OrangeCounty Apartment Perimeter had overlapping textures - FIXED - Particle System disabled/enabled during distance checks - FIXED - Removed some Logging (nLog, Internal WARDEBUG) - FIXED - PublicStorage Sets have incorrect child objects - FIXED - OldDiner Sets have incorrect child objects effecting distance checks - FIXED - Swivel Chair was part of ParkingGarageLobby Server Layer when it shouldn’t be - FIXED - Terrain in and around city cliff, reworked - FIXED - ParkingGarage Decals were not disabling in distance checks - FIXED - More Grass Detail added to city terrain - FIXED - Terrain Tree Distance Code was forcing distance to high - FIXED - All materials and textures setup for GPU Instancing - FIXED - Grenade size has been adjusted - FIXED - Lasermine Model has been updated - FIXED - Lasermine Cursor objects have been updated - FIXED - Player Local Lasermine Graphics, and Network Graphics for new improved model. - FIXED - Explosion Particle system objects not deleting on client instance's - FIXED - Build System Object destruction particle system updated - FIXED - Clicking while in inventory or other menus, while using the crowbar would result in deletion/upgrade of build system objects - FIXED - WallTourch, StorageBoxes, Forge, Chemlab unable to take explosive damage and be destroyed - FIXED - Unable to use Crowbar to remove WallTourch - FIXED - M24 has been sighted in to a greater precision - FIXED - Walltorch volume to high - FIXED - Upgrade Requirement Icons when looking at build objects, were missing since HDRP upgrade - FIXED - Elevator Button Textures incorrect since HDRP Upgrade - FIXED - Ambient Audio and Music has been fixed - FIXED - Items falling through skyscraper floor objects, or objects on XL Layer - FIXED - Limestone world model was a Beer bottle... Fixed to have a lime stone looking brick - FIXED - Iron Ore Cursor Sprite had incorrect naming convention - FIXED - Optimized UrbanHouse A and B Fence collider - FIXED - Removed Thousands of un-needed physics colliders - FIXED - Drugstore Internals re-created - FIXED - Blowdart gun ammo, and trajectory not working - FIXED - Removing WallTorch with crowbar will not return a wall torch to the player to use again There are open issues that we are aware of and we will try to release some hotfixes for more pressing issues this month. - OPEN - Foundations not taking explosive damage in Client/Dedi instances - OPEN - Lasermine Weapon models within players hand may be mis-aligned - OPEN - Pressing Escape to exit the ATM menu does not re-lock the mouse/cursor properly - OPEN - Explosives sticking to players may not actually follow player and may float - OPEN - Pitchfork Bottle Launcher Sound effect distance may be too high - OPEN - Scraper Lobby/Floors & Downtown Stripper building interiors are empty Some of these issues may be resolved, we appreciate any feedback so we can continue to mark them complete.
