Witchhammer changes
There’s been a lot going on with Witchhammer! Here's a quick update on the things we've been working on:
New Cards
The Suit of Cups and ten additional Major Arcanas are now fully integrated, expanding the card pool from 37 to 60 cards.
New Enemies
The Plague Doctor: Buffs and heals allies, making fights last longer.
The Elite Hunter: Fires a barrage of arrows (Imagine Legolas with a AK-47).
Quality of life Updates
Tooltips: Hover over cards for instant in-fight effect descriptions.
Camera Zoom: Auto-zooms at the start of each wave for better visibility.
Audio & Resolution Settings: Customization options for basic optimization.
- Optimizations & VFXImproved models, effects, and performance for fluid gameplay.
What’s Next?
Suit of Pentacles
The final suit consisting of 14 cards is nearly ready for open testing. Pentacle cards will boost other suits and enhance Tarot Readings, offering more control over your deck development.
Survival Mode
A new gamemode where Tarot Readings appear based on enemies defeated, allowing you to control how fast your deck evolves and rewarding more aggressive gameplay.
Glossary
We’re working on a Glossary system to review all unlocked and locked cards, to track skills and check your overall progress.
Maps & Visuals
We’re testing new layouts and adding foliage for more variety
The Village
Our hub is deep in testing. Here, you’ll trade Bones for upgrades, prepare for battle, and maybe even more.
The Inquisitor
His time will come. He's still in the works, but he’ll be a fight to remember.
We’ll be testing some of these additions soon, so stay tuned for Demo Updates! Thanks for your support and we'll see you in Hell!
