PATCH HIGHLIGHTS
📈 Progression Revamp - Introducing Starlogs, a new way to level up and track your rewards
🔫 Starlog-Exclusive Items - Progress and earn powerful weapons and equipment
🚀 New Ship - The Battle Scout enters the Reach with Prospector Catapults, and more.
➕ Perks - Customize prospectors with perks and play your way – everyone starts with 15
📍 Micro POIs - These loot centers will spawn in Treasure Hunt and Explore mode
👾 New AI Variant - Watch out for Burning Beasts, a new enemy found in POIs across the Reach
⚖️ Balance Changes and Bug Fixes - Includes ship, weapons, equipment, game mode, and general quality of life improvements
NEW PROGRESSION SYSTEM - STARLOGS
A rehauled progression system has arrived! Experiment with even more playstyles by unlocking new weapons and equipment through Starlogs. Current and returning players will keep already unlocked items through previous progression systems.
New weapons:
Foam Gun
Anti-Fire Sprayer that puts out fires
Sprays a cone of foam that damages and slows enemies
Rocket Launcher
Anti-personnel rockets
Fires slow moving, explosive rockets
Hand Cannon
Powerful side arm that is accurate at range
2x damage on critical hits
New Starlog equipment:
Repulsor
Knocks back and damages all enemies close to you
Plasma Grenade
Sticks to a target and does area damage after a 3 second delay
NEW FEATURE - PERKS

Unlock the following perks through Starlogs:
Boarder: +5% Speed in Space
Defender: +10% Armor in your own ship
Efficient Resourcing: Ship gains +1 resource when fuel or ice are deposited
Engineering: +10% Multitool repair speed
Mophs Wings: +20% Speed in Space as Mophs
Sal Inventor: Better items when salvaging as Sal
Sammo Defender: Revives 3 seconds faster when he dies on his own ship as Sammo
Adrian Jetpack: Always reload Jetpack fuel when teleporting home as Adrian
Kae Teleport: +25m teleport range as Kae
Charlie Teleport: +25m teleport range as Charlie
Ion Smash: +50% melee damage to hardpoints and weapons as Ion
Venture Explorer: +10% Armor when not on a ship as Venture
Salvager: Salvage Tier 1 and Tier 2 devices to get ice, fuel or ammo
Mad Bomber: Fly 100% faster in space when carrying a bomb trap
Turbine Factory: The Processor spawns a Turbine every 3 minutes
BALANCE CHANGES
Ships
New ship: Battle Scout
Prospector Catapults on either side
100 Health
Fast turning speed
Bastion
Bastion now does bonus ram damage and takes less damage from ramming
Increased Turret Arcs
Most doors are secure
Free Security Device
Now has an armory in the back closer to the Reactor
Please note: The Bastion was previously stated as having invulnerable windows. This is an error and has been updated to match its correct updated stats.
Solo Outlaw
Added a difficulty warning on ship selection screen
All Ships
Ship Windows take 1.5x damage from torpedos (and Ion)
Turrets and Hardpoints
Entropy Cannon does 25 splash instead of 50 splash damage
Sniper Cannon now does 300 damage instead of 400 damage
Weapons and Equipment
Tractor Beams can now counter Clamp Jets
Rock does bonus damage to NPCs
Ion punch does bonus damage to NPCs
Drill Charge:
Cooldown adjusted from 0.825 to 1.2
Now has 1 charge rather than 2
Barrier Turbines no longer drop from turrets and drop less overall
Bomb Traps drop more commonly
Clamp Jets will drop less commonly
Some good devices (such as Booster) can now drop in epic loot rooms
Game Modes
Treasure Hunt
Micro POIs added to Treasure Hunt and Explore mode
Bounty Ship no longer spawns when you kill a player ship
Treasures now show up in Arctic Reach
Fixed certain Treasure hunt quests that would occasionally fail to track progress
Artifact Brawl
You can now change your loadout in Artifact games if you are holding the Artifact
UI and Other Improvements
Fixed hidden geometry in the firing range
Out of bounds now visible from 400m instead of 200m
Ghost ships no longer respawn after defeating the Legion Ghost ship
Leeches no longer infinitely respawn near the Leech Nest location
The 'Small Crew' bonus now properly applies after a team or party member leaves the match
