fixedFixed an issue and added guard rails against where continuing a save file that was already at max level and max XP would incorrectly level you to 101 and force you to restart the game
addedWhen loading a NG+ save file, you will automatically be given the new quartermaster skill and won't need to backtrack to the cliff to get it

When exiting photo mode, it would show the axe visual even if you set it to be hidden in the options
