This is our first patch for the demo, bringing several improvements and fixes.

Here are the changes:

  • Improved bot player behavior. Bots no longer get stuck after shopping.

  • Performance improvements and fixes for possible memory leaks.

  • Added a new menu button that directs you to Eightfold Interactive’s website, where you can browse in-game items. (Important note: We do not collect cookies or personal information.)

  • Network improvements for better performance when playing with poor connections.

  • Fixed enemy movement disruptions. Some enemies would occasionally stop moving during fights. This should no longer occur.

  • Improved scaling for some background images and UI elements.

  • Improved the Reflector item. It now nullifies incoming abilities and redirects their power back as a pure damage bolt.

  • Improved reconnection and party management.

  • Tower kills now count as team kills and grant rewards accordingly.

  • The mouse cursor is now larger and scales better on high resolutions.

  • Added auto-attack behavior options for players. You can now choose between Never, Standard, and Always. See the tooltips in-game for more information.

  • Added flavor texts to heroes to make them even cooler.

If you enjoy the demo, consider leaving a review. It can be a moment you experienced in the game or simply your thoughts. It helps us improve the game and reach more players.

Hold the line!
