First and foremost, we'd like to sincerely thank everyone who played VOID DIVER during Steam Next Fest and took the time to support us, leave feedback, and report bugs.

Thanks to your incredible support, VOID DIVER was selected as one of the Top 50 Most Played Demos during Steam Next Fest. We were amazed to see so many of you spend far more time with the demo than we ever expected.

While we're incredibly grateful for this achievement, the most valuable thing we gained from Steam Next Fest was your feedback.

Our team carefully read every Steam review, community post, and bug report. Your feedback helped us identify what players enjoyed most, what could be improved, and where we should focus our development efforts moving forward.

The feedback we received was encouraging. Many of you enjoyed the core combat and gameplay loop, while also pointing out areas where the overall experience could become even stronger. Some of the most frequently requested improvements included:

  • More build variety and character progression options

  • Better inventory, storage, and overall UI/UX

  • Clearer tutorials and in-game guidance

  • Smoother gameplay flow and quality-of-life (QoL) improvements

Our team is currently hard at work not only creating new content, but also refining the entire gameplay experience so that every run feels smoother, more rewarding, and more immersive.

What We're Working On

Based on all the feedback we received during Steam Next Fest, we're currently developing a variety of new features and improvements, including:

  • Character-specific talent trees

  • New equipment and artifacts with unique abilities

  • Additional chapters and dungeon content

  • New playable Divers

  • New shop management and VIP-related content

  • Character and Automaton skins

  • Minigames and other side content

  • Overall improvements to tutorials, UI/UX, and QoL

We're not quite ready to reveal everything yet, but we'll be sharing more details throughout development. We'll also continue to show how your feedback is directly influencing the game's direction.

Our Release Plans

Following Steam Next Fest, we heard many different opinions from the community. Some of you told us you'd love to jump into an Early Access version as soon as possible, while others encouraged us to take more time and deliver the most polished version of the game we can.

After a great deal of discussion, we've decided that our priority is to create the best possible experience. Rather than rushing toward an earlier release, we're focusing our efforts on delivering a complete and polished full release.

We'll be sharing more information about our upcoming content, development roadmap, and release plans this September.

Steam Next Fest may be over, but this is only the beginning of VOID DIVER's journey and we're excited to continue that journey together with all of you.

Thank you once again for playing, supporting us, and sharing your invaluable feedback. Your passion and encouragement mean the world to our team.

We'll be back soon with more updates.
