Major Improvements

Abyss ATM Added

An 'Abyss ATM' will now appear in the Abandoned Police Station and the Cult-Occupied Office. When you're short on Otherworld Coins inside the dungeon, you can withdraw Otherworld Coins if you find this landmark.

New NPC 'WoAng' Added

A new NPC 'WoAng' will appear in the Reading Room of Oblivion and the Avenger's Anomalous Space. You can purchase trait material items from WoAng using Otherworldly Coins, though they are somewhat expensive.

VIP Secret Deal

Otherworld Coins have been added to VIP Secret Deals and can now be purchased with your funds.

Combat & Balance Changes

  • Character Adjustments

    • Gayoung's Suppression Talisman cast speed increased; the attack now triggers even when dashing right after activation.

  • VIP Negotiation Improvements

    • During negotiation, the status tags of relics you possess are now prioritized when determining the VIP's likes/dislikes.

  • Drop Adjustments

    • Adjusted so that items of Elite grade or higher are found more frequently as campaign difficulty increases. Proportionally, they are found less frequently on Easy difficulty.

    • Changed the difficulty-based drop modifier to a grade-weighted system. (Previously, Rare and above were all treated the same.)

  • Campaign Difficulty Adjustments

    • Reduced the number of mobs spawned and the global cooldown reduction on Insane difficulty, easing it to a level where solo challenges are viable.

    • Changed the 'Recommended for x or more players' text in difficulty descriptions to 'Recommended for experienced players / Recommended for experienced parties.'

  • Monster Adjustments

    • The formidable enemy 'Ashen Blessing, Krampus' now has a fire elemental weakness.

    • 'Hatman's' HP has been slightly increased.

  • Equipment & Relics

    • When repairing equipment, the maximum durability loss is now proportional to the remaining durability instead of a flat amount — so the more durability you have left when you repair, the less max durability you lose. (If you're using the "no max durability loss" option, this does not affect you.)

    • Changed the minimum number of tags on relics to increase in ascending order according to their grade.

      • Previously, some grades shared the same minimum tag count.

    • Increased the penalty of the Paradox 'Glass Cannon.' (Defense -10% → -20%)

  • Economy

    • Reputation level-up costs have been slightly reduced.

Quality of Life Improvements

  • Weakness damage and damage resistance are now displayed in the detailed stats window.

  • Added character difficulty ratings (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced) to the character tags in the character selection UI.

  • When crafting, items will now be crafted up to the amount materials allow, and any excess beyond inventory capacity will be stored in the storage. (Previously, crafting was limited to the inventory's maximum capacity.)

Bug Fixes

  • Co-op

    • Fixed an issue where another player using certain skills would forcibly trigger your own skills.

    • Fixed an issue where the cost was not displayed to the host when a guest escaped through a paid exit.

    • Fixed an issue where the guest experienced lag when the host had V-Sync enabled and minimized the client to the background.

    • Fixed an issue where the Soul Collector's summoned monster images intermittently did not appear for guests.

  • Characters

    • Fixed an issue where using dash immediately after Noah's Grip of Darkness would not produce a hit detection but still trigger the cooldown.

    • Fixed an issue where the effect would not display when repeatedly using Noah's Shield Block while the cooldown was short.

    • Fixed an issue where Noah's dash attack would push enemies in the key input direction rather than the movement direction.

    • Fixed an issue where the normal walking animation played when moving after Mio used Meteor Shower.

    • Fixed an issue where Mio's Decoy Doll Cookie was affected by player-based effects such as healing upon ally death.

    • Fixed an issue where the indicator continued to display when switching modes while Mio's indicator was active.

    • Fixed an issue where the Complete Darkness debuff was not applied when Raven's battery was at 0.

    • Reduced the projectile size of Raven's basic attack and others.

      • This is to alleviate the issue of projectiles hitting walls. In the long term, we plan to differentiate between wall collision and monster collision.

  • Combat & Monsters

    • Fixed an issue where monster elemental resistances were not being applied. (Previously, only weaknesses were applied.)

    • Fixed an issue where some monsters attacked extremely fast because their global cooldown was not set.

    • Fixed an issue where shadow monsters could not be hit with basic attacks when not aggroed to Mio.

    • Fixed an issue where the capture sequence was forcibly played when using the 'Capture Cage Summoning Device' on certain terrain.

  • Equipment

    • Fixed an issue where equipment displayed 100 durability but was still eligible for repair.

    • Fixed an issue where the value of some crafting blueprints was lower than appropriate for their grade.

  • Controls & Interface

    • Fixed an issue where the aim was not synchronized after interacting.

    • Fixed an issue where reset key mappings were not saved after exiting and restarting the game.

    • Changed so that the inventory cannot be opened after escape is complete to prevent belongings from being discarded.

    • Fixed an issue where sprinting did not continue after using a skill while holding the sprint button.

    • Fixed an issue where the drop function did not work when scrolling the wheel while dragging an item.

    • Fixed an issue where auto-aim would remain locked on monster corpses when using a controller.

  • Other

    • Fixed an issue where the text color of positive/negative tags during negotiation remained the same regardless of whether they were liked/disliked.

    • Improved frame drops in certain situations.

    • The unlimited refresh rate option has been removed and 144 has been added.

    • Fixed an issue where only parts of the Owner Room floor interior changed when modifying it.

    • Fixed an issue where some item and encyclopedia descriptions were missing or replaced with incorrect descriptions.

    • Numerous other bugs have been fixed to provide a more comfortable diving experience.
