Bugs! New and Old - v2.30.4

This patch rolls up two rounds of bug fixes and polish (v2.30.3 and v2.30.4) into one update.

v2.30.3 - Cleanup & Display Fixes

• Fixed Alteration trying to run one extra time after you ran out of Phials. It now stops as soon as you're out.

• Fixed the XP Bonuses tooltip on the Alteration and Meditation pages so it matches the other skill pages, and added the missing time-trained display under their skill icons.

• Added a proper default portrait for players who haven't uploaded a custom avatar, replacing the generic silhouette icon.

• Fixed animal production timer bars for the Chicken Coop, Pen, and Stable appearing to reset early when a horse speed bonus was active.

• Fixed essence "Used in:" tooltips showing Bottling recipes that are locked to other classes. You'll now only see recipes your class can actually perform.

• Fixed Raw Chitin showing up under the Fish inventory filter. It now correctly appears under Textiles with the other Leatherworking materials.

• Fixed the rebirth panel's Meditation tooltip overstating how many focus milestone tiers you keep after rebirth.

• Fixed a typo in Shadow Attunement's description.

• Fixed the Combat Stats Speed value not matching its own breakdown when buffs were active. It now includes active buffs and the numbers add up correctly.

v2.30.4 - Bug Fixes

• Fixed old Camp Raid loot items (Raw Leviathan Fin, Rough Arclite Crystal, Rough Celestium Crystal, Raw Manta Ray) that were looted before an earlier fix and got stuck showing up as a "?" icon with no name. These are now automatically fixed the next time you load your save, and will combine with any matching items you already have.

• Fixed a rare case where the Combat Stats Speed breakdown could still be slightly off from what your gear and buffs actually added up to when several speed bonuses were active at once.
