Bug fixes

  • Inscription and Alteration now show all equipment. A large batch of gear was missing from these menus, including Dungeon Forge drops, leather armor, robes, off-class shields, and boss-drop jewelry such as the Heartwood Ring and Alpha Fang Amulet. These items now appear correctly and can be inscribed or altered. (v2.28.0)

  • Timed quest duplicate rewards fixed. Completing the same timed quest more than once before it refreshed could award extra rewards. Only the first completion now counts. (v2.28.0)

  • Queued dungeon run counts now carry over. Using the play button to promote a queued dungeon run was dropping the remaining run count, causing only one run to start instead of the full amount. The remaining count is now preserved. (v2.28.0)

  • Breeding minigame countdown fixed. The second round of the breeding minigame could sometimes start two 3-2-1-GO! countdowns at the same time. This no longer happens. (v2.28.0)

  • Socketed gems now survive rebirth correctly. Gems socketed into equipped rings or amulets were being lost after rebirth. The jewelry survived through Warehouse protection, but the gems disappeared and the socket became blocked. Gems are now preserved with the jewelry. If you were affected, blocked sockets are automatically cleared on load so they can be used again. Lost gems cannot be recovered, and I'm sorry for that. (v2.26.1)

  • Attack speed gems now work correctly. Socketed gems that improve attack speed, including Zephyrite, Eclipse Crystal, and Arclite, were not actually applying their bonus. This is now fixed. (v2.26.2)

  • Task queue no longer wipes itself when materials are missing. If the next queued task needed materials you did not have, the entire queue was being cancelled. The queue now pauses on the blocked task and leaves everything else intact. (v2.26.2)

  • Prestiging a skill no longer wipes the whole task queue. Prestiging a skill was cancelling all queued tasks for that skill, even ones that could still run. Tasks that cannot run at the new level are now removed one at a time, while the rest of the queue survives. (v2.26.2)

  • Backup saves no longer roll back quest progress. Loading a backup save could send your active quest back to an earlier point in the story. Backup saves now load without changing your quest progress. (v2.26.2)

  • Ghost items after removing inscriptions fixed. Removing an inscription from an unequipped item could leave a phantom copy in your inventory that could not be stacked, used, or sold. The ghost item is now cleaned up automatically. (v2.26.2)

Lore

  • The Dryona Warden, boss of the Dryona Nest dungeon, now has an intro bark when the encounter begins. (v2.28.0)
