Bug Fixes and Reduced Crashes.

Patch notes: -Reduced texture size in memory to lower chances of crashes -Replays remove replay avatars before loading gameplay avatars, further lowering memory usage to help reduce crashes -Fixed riding height bug where the player would have their headset in the ground -Fixed invisible loading screen -Fixed tutorial language bug -Fixed flat ground manuals -Removed player disconnect messages -Less likely to grab a wall when holding both triggers for full board control -Ollie pop height made more consistent similar to flip pop height. May need to adjust stats to recalibrate. -Fixed tutorial bug where screen is black after resetting tutorial data. -Fixed weird hover bug when riding. -Fix for double click on modio buttons.
