Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage changes
First and foremost, congratulations to Shiokara for their hard-earned victory in the official “APAC” online qualifier of the VIRTUA FIGHTER Open Championship and securing a well-deserved spot in the Global Finals! A heartfelt thank you also goes out to all the players who participated, your dedication and competitive spirit made for incredibly exciting matches.
With Shiokara’s win, the Global Finals now includes seven confirmed competitors. The remaining spots will be determined through three remaining events:
The offline tournament “Thaiger Uppercut 2025”, taking place in Thailand this November.
The online qualifiers, “ EUROPE” and “ NORTH AMERICA #2”, which are both open for entry.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to everyone who participated in the Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage Closed Beta Test. Your feedback and suggestions are invaluable to us, and we’ll be working hard to incorporate them into development. If you haven’t already, please share your thoughts with us via the official Discord and know that your voices make all the difference!
