Hello Wanderers, this demo patch brings new content, lots of polish, and a big wave of fixes. And yes: there’s a surprise coming too, a brand new trailer that reveals the release date.

Added more localisations, including Korean and Portuguese
Glossary completed and fully working
Enemy outlines to improve visibility in combat
Tutorial and UI
Clearer tutorial: longer on-screen text and a cleaner UI presentation
Updated final tutorial chest
Fixed several icon/description inconsistencies in the chest UI
Balance
Tweaks to multiple enemies (including Devotee, Blemmah, Palelegs, Dracchis, and the new enemies)
Status effects revised (clearer durations and impact)
Idols are smoother to complete (fewer charges required)
Difficulty progression revised via Danger Scaling
Environments, VFX and performance
Performance optimisations for the Hub, Tutorial, and first open area
Environment improvements and polish (church, cloister, interiors, and collisions)
Clearer, optimised visual effects (AOE, projectiles, and abilities)
Fixed cases where effects stayed visible or behaved inconsistently
Audio
Volume adjustments and a cleaner mix
Added male and female character grunts
New/updated sounds for abilities, chests, and Idols
Main fixes
Major pass on enemy AI and movement (fewer “weird” behaviours)
Fixed rotations, charges, and special attacks for some enemies
Fixed multiple ability and collision issues, including cases of incorrect effects
Known issues (work in progress)
Enemies keep attacking while you are choosing abilities
Improve ability selection from chests with a controller
In some cases the UI allows multiple picks even when it says “choose 1”
Increase Anna’s and Noah’s melee hitbox
Cleanup/consistency for some entries in the ability list (for example tuned variants where they shouldn’t appear)
