Fixed missing "toggle projector" binding in OpenVR

With the switch to OpenVR, I forgot about the toggle projector binding (click on brush hand thumbstick). This is now fixed. Also, Vermillion is just 15 reviews away from transitioning to "Overwhelmingly positive"!
