Vault Vandals changes
We've been focused on making the dungeon look and feel way better.
Atmosphere
Dungeons now have a deep cavern backdrop with layered depth - no more empty void beyond the walls.
Tile edges blend smoothly into darkness for a more polished look.
Fog of War
Completely reworked! Exploring rooms now triggers satisfying reveal animations as the fog clears around you.
Loot
Loot spawns with a satisfying pop animation -- better items get a bigger pop.
Treasure piles look more natural with slight random rotations on each item.
Floating gold/damage numbers are cleaner and easier to read.
General
Players, projectiles, and traps are larger and easier to see.
Weapon positioning on characters has been polished.
Everything renders crisper thanks to pixel snapping.
Mods
Every mod now has its own unique icon across all screens.
Music
Dungeon music is now properly shuffled -- no more hearing the same track every run.
