First of all, thank you to everyone who played our demo.

Demo Results

- Demo Players : 5,280

- Wishlists : 14,000+

These numbers mean more to us than we can properly express.

For a small team, this experience has been truly motivating.

The Scope and Intent of This Demo

This demo was not focused on content volume.

Instead, our goal was to communicate:

  • The direction of combat

  • The tone of the game

  • And what kind of action RPG VANRAN aims to become

We focused on:

  • A parry-focused combat system

  • The pressure and scale of large enemies

  • A dark and heavy atmosphere

Our intention was to deliver a short but concentrated experience.

What We Learned from the Demo.

We learned a great deal from this demo.

Thanks to your honest feedback, we were able to clearly see where the game still falls short.

  • Combat responsiveness needs further refinement

  • Dodge and movement options need to be clearer

  • UI and readability are still lacking

  • While our intentions came through, some parts were not user-friendly

We are taking all of this feedback seriously.

The Direction Moving Forward

We are continuing improvements with the following focus:

  • Improving combat tempo and responsiveness

  • Refining the risk–reward balance of parry and dodge systems

  • Improving overall UI quality and clarity

  • Strengthening presentation and UX so VANRAN’s identity comes through more clearly

We will continue refining the game step by step, with care.

Thanks to the Community, Reviewers, and Creators

One of the most memorable parts of this demo was seeing responses from communities around the world.

  • The passionate support from Brazilian fans

  • The active discussions and thoughtful feedback from the Turkish community

  • The sincere encouragement from Russian fans

We would also like to sincerely thank everyone who played the demo and took the time to leave reviews.

Your passionate and honest reviews have been incredibly valuable to us and are helping shape the future of VANRAN.

In addition, we are deeply grateful to all the content creators and influencers who played VANRAN and shared their experiences through YouTube videos.

Your support, feedback, and coverage mean a great deal to us.

We know there is still a long way to go. But we are committed to improving, without giving up.

We look forward to showing you a stronger, more refined version of VANRAN in the next demo.

Thank you.

See you in the next demo.
