New Features
Charge Blast has been added to the game. This ability is a slow projectile that has a 1s cooldown. Its damage and size increases as you charge over 3 seconds. It can go from 10-40 damage and grows from a tiny projectile to a very large one.

Balance Changes
BlinkBehind: -Range 2250 -> 3000
Boomerang: -Return Range Increased 50%
Firerain: -Damage 3 -> 4 -CD 6s -> 7s
Grapple: -Range 5000 -> 6000
Homing Spheres: -Time Between Orbs 0.25s -> 0.15s
IceNova: -Radius 700- > 750 to better match visuals
Shield Counter: -DMG 15 -> 20
Smokebomb: -Range 2250 -> 3000 -DMG Radius 350 -> 750
SpikeSmash: -Radius 400 -> 500
Swordslash: -CD 3.5s -> 2.5s
Vine Cage: -CD 6.5s -> 8.0s
Bug Fixes
DragonBreath particle effect will no longer cast to the side. Grapple should no longer stay around and fail to be destroyed. Targeted abilities like SuperJump's activation have been reworked that should allow for more consistent behavior. Fixed a potential server crash
Quality of Life
The precision of aiming between clients and servers has been increased. This will likely improve aiming at long distances. The waiting for players screen has been reduced from 90 seconds to 60 seconds
