Update v0.97 is here! Bringing in some new additions, changes, and fixes. Please continue to post your bug reports and feedback in Community Hub or in the game's Discord server.
All trees will be reset in saves from previous versions.
ADDED - new craftable item: Poison bomb - new craftable item: Acid bomb - boxes, crates, & trash bags can now be destroyed by stomping - the single-shot pistol can now be crafted - unsilenced variant of the single-shot pistol - yellow enemies can now be lit with the battery igniter - dropping on an enemy will kill him and reduce fall damage to zero - cooking pot, crop cutter, and similar can now be moved without a plastic bag - simple buildables can now be moved (chests, spikes, candles, etc.) - new buildable: Custom metal floor - new buildable: Custom wire floor - enemy gunshots now have bullet trails and impact effects - enemies with a gun now need to reload - toilet worms can now be stomped - manual mode for custom floor placement - new graphics setting: Tree density (for new game only) - enemy optimizations - base optimizations - toilet worm jump out sound effect
CHANGED - improved building on cars - crop cutter will spin even when placed on another car attachment - derusted buildables now have more health - cars will now freeze position during build mode - improved throwable animations - throwables will inherit player's motion (running/jumping increases distance) - wire wall & barbed wire can now be used to trap flying insects - flying insects will spawn less often - switched locations of Pump shotgun and TBS - moved Silenced shotgun to location of Hunting rifle which was moved back to the island - enemies now get knocked out when urinated on - yellow & poisoned enemies will drop only spoiled flesh - if player is at critical health he's got a higher chance to knock out enemies - rain collector now collects some water in the morning - grabbing an enemy with a plastic bag now requires a button hold - alligator & chainsaw enemy will insta-kill other enemies - visualized building snap points - resin collector now displays resin percentage - far items will despawn
FIXED - framerate would gradually decrease after the train crash - crop cutter stopped spinning after reloading a save - invisible trees - throwables getting stuck mid-air - head stomp could clip player through walls - sizzle sound on item spawn - bottles not spawning with random new fluid - acid bottles & jerrycans spawning empty - big enemies got affected by projectile push too much - contaminated enemies not yellow - enemy ragdoll affecting car physics too long - specunts aiming while in ragdoll - specunts making reload sounds after death - invisible yellow crust on boxes - boxes & trash bags spawning only rare items - resin collector kept collecting even if tree missing - enemies shooting through trees - birds freezing briefly after spawn - toilet worm position shifted after jump
