Game has been updated

Updates to game include:

tweaks to user interface to make menu selections easier to identify

tweaked running speeds of Shane and Janet

have added air combos for Rick, Shane, Janet and Sheriff so perform a jump attack and press in quick succession upon contact to do a combo in air. this enhances the already robust combat system :)
