Some news! I've been hard at work on Blood Rush but the UpGun gained a lot of popularity in Russia and there is an issue. For some reason, most internet providers are blocking or taking too long to answer the request from my server. I overalled the DLC verification code and smashed it in a really short loading screen when launching the game.
I plan on adding more content soon too, a new map is on its way.
Changes:
Added a loading screen allowing for a better DLC vérification system.
Baked lighting for some maps.
Main menu is baked.
Lobby is baked.
I'm experimenting with baked lighting in order to provide a smoother experience and better lightning effects. This is taking a really long time because I need to rework every single model in the game so I will update maps on separate updates.
The first arena to be baked is Airsoft.
I took the opportunity to update some of the meshes and collisions accross the map.
You will experience better performance on those maps.
Better replication for the character movement and aim angle.
Better Client/Server bullet simulation.
The last two points should make the game more accurate when shooting.
Fixes:
-Fixed the ability to ban more skills on DLC lobbies
-Added a check for players that crashed when launching UpGun.
-Fixed the score not counting properly in team deathmatch.
-Updated the floor collisions on Generator.
-Fixed client side homing bullets.
