addedTo allow low powered PCs to start the game with best performance. There is an added launch option "-lowspecstart" which will start the game with MSAA, post processing and shadows disabled. All settings can be re-enabled while in the game. Once you are happy with your settings, and they are saved to file, you can launch the game with one of the other launch options.
