changedHello in 2025! <3That said, the post contains little spoilers for that segment of the game. I still won't reveal all the mechanics and plot elements of the gameplay, so it is relatively safe. Just a hint in case you'd like to delve into the game blindly once it releases - if so, this post is NOT for you! :D
changedSo, who is the boss?Mini game main mode gameplay is separated into nodes, once you reach the last one you and Unity-chan will meet the character that was responsible for corrupting the system. Her name is Creeper - named after the first virus that was created, back in 1971! (Any name references to a popular blocky game are purely coincidental, please dont's sue me T.T). The Creeper virus wasn't very malicious, the only thing it did was displaying on screen "I'm the Creeper: Catch me if you can!". By today's standards it would be considered just a mild pop-up ad! :D
changedSo, who is the boss?Creeper-chan is a virus girl that resides by herself in the system. While confident about her own skills and might, she still is the first virus ever made. It makes her quite outdated compared to modern security systems, making her visit only corners of the cyber space. That's how she ended up in our game. She might not know anything about modern games, art or memes. But she surely will find common language with someone enjoying old school and retro!
changedSo, who is the boss?During the play-through you and Unity-chan will have to fight the Creeper-chan to beat the level, but that doesn't mean she is a irredeemable villain. There will be chances to let her chat with you, understand her point of view. After all, being the old virus, chased by every security system might be quite lonely... Creeper also likes to show her intentions by changing her visuals too. She has holographic hair that switches colors. If she feels angry, ready to battle or overly confident her hair switches to red, and green when being curious or friendly. That duality also translates into her personality, but I'll let you explore it yourself during the play through! :>
changedSo, who is the boss?Creeper's dialogue portraits were made by Uruka, go check them out there! ( X )
addedSo, who is the boss?Thank you for reading! I hope you like the new character introduced into the game. More features and improvements are coming, this time I'll focus more on the main game!
