Hi everyone,

Update v0.5.2 is now live, focusing on performance improvements, system stability, and checkout flow fixes.

🚀 Performance Improvements

  • Implemented asynchronous crowd movement:

    • Crowd movement is now processed on a separate thread instead of the main game thread.

    • This reduces load on the game thread and improves overall performance in busy scenes.

  • Added shader and asset warmup at game start:

    • Helps reduce runtime stutters and improves smoothness during gameplay.

  • Added wind system to foliage.

🐞 Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where customers could enter payment mode before all items were scanned.

  • Fixed a bug where customer icons above their heads were not always properly removed, which could lead to performance degradation over time.

  • Fixed an issue where mouse input was not always registered correctly during card payments, while keyboard input still worked.

Thanks again for all the reports and feedback, they continue to help improve performance and stability with each update. ❤️ More optimizations and refinements are already in progress.
